This oil has a yellow color and a scent reminiscent of roasted sunflower seeds. It is the cold-pressed version of one of the best-known and most used oils in Ukraine. This bright yellow plant, which blooms in the fields with its flowers nodding towards the sun, is a summer favorite. In traditional medicine, sunflower seed is also used for treating persistent sores and dry, scaly skin. Due to its high vitamin E content, it has a beneficial effect on strengthening cell walls and preserving healthy skin, healthy nerves, muscles, red blood cells, and healthy heart function. It can be used for frying and cooking as well, but at a lower temperature and for a shorter time only. Ideal for traditional Hungarian dishes, salads, cold dishes, or mayonnaise with a distinctive taste. To be more precise, we use the same technology, but we roast the seeds beforehand.
And all in order to get the same oil that many of us remember from childhood.
The aroma of this oil will bring you back to your home. This is the oil we used to pour on the crust of black bread and sprinkle with salt.
When dressed with fresh vegetables, the salad acquired a special authentic taste, the Ukrainian taste.
We fully comply with the technology: we carefully roast and immediately press the salad on a hydraulic press.

The easiest and healthiest way to use the oil is to dress salads made from fresh vegetables and herbs.
